Day 349 of 365 - 11th of December, 2011
Today we woke up at 7:15 to have breakfast at 7:30. It was so yum and cute and I had two cups of manzanilla con miel (chamomile with honey).
We then tried on wetsuits because we snorkeled today and then we caught the bus to the harbor. At the harbor we got in these little boats and had a little cruise around the harbor.
We were right up close to so many animals. Sea lions, penguins, birds, stingrays, sea turtles, EVERYTHING. It was so cool to be so close. We then got off the boats and went on this walk and I mean it was cool but I was hot and tired and I was really just wishing it would end.
Eventually it did and we got back on the boats to go snorkeling. Snorkeling was really cool, we got to swim with sea turtles and it was really fascinating. Although I got really cold and was clutching my body for warmth. After the snorkel we went to lunch and then back to the hotel.
After that we went to the tortoise breeding centre. (may I remind you how out of my comfort zone I am) and we saw some really cute baby tortoises and I wanted to steal one of them. We came back to the hotel for a couple of hours and chilled out before dinner.
I had an intense desire to listen to the Twilight soundtrack so I sat in a hammock and listened to it. Dinner was a buffet style barbecue and it was really cool. All I felt like was steamed vegetables and thats what I got NDIDJDFJDJKSNSISJSJS so delish. Ms Lucas came over to me and asked if I had eaten enough. I said yes, I ate heaps. I’ve just spent the last little bit chatting to Grace about everything. Sleeeping now, leaving Isobela tomorrow, which also means leaving Usher :C
